Family. Friends. Community. That’s what we are about at 948 and we try to name all of our beers with those points in mind. Some have unbelievable stories and some are about amazing people, but they all pay tribute to something. Windy Wheat is actually the short name; It’s actually Wayne’s Windy Wheat - named for two amazing Waynes, though there are probably more out there. Ours are uncle and farmer, father and plumber. Both of these men have been there for us through our beginnings and continue to support everything we do. Cheers to the Waynes and welcome back Windy Wheat!
