It came in the night – Dark Sour
The forest is dark. There is the smell of fruits and pine in the air. A branch snaps nearby; something lurks in the shadows. You know not how but it's found you. A snarl, a snap of its teeth. This is it, you're done for.
This brew creeps out of the dark with a sour taste that overtakes your senses. Light cannot escape but the fruit notes on your nose and palate will. The zesty citrus flavours are all from the 48-hour souring process as it bubbled away in the kettle.
